Ju cobles is a free Joomla template designed and developed by Joomla2You.
Ju cobles template has flash header with square loading effects dependent on xml native database. You can customize the flash header by just changing the images in header directory (which happens to be within images directory of the template).
You could also possibly determine to have Flash header only in front page or across all pages. This change can be done via admin back end interface.
